The sense of duty springs either from the sense of desire, greed and ambition; or from the sense of fear, worry and anxiety; or both.
The sense of beauty springs from the sense of curiosity and from the sense of innovation.
The former is stressful; the latter is relaxing.
We cannot work efficiently under stress.
Efficiency reflects in our action only when we are relaxed.
The direction of the action goes right.
The impact of the action goes appropriate.
It achieves its creative quality, then.

What is the honesty of management?
It is the honesty of its moment-to-moment action.
Now, what is the honesty of moment-to-moment action?
It means focus on the action.
Every moment anew!
Moment is a dynamic process, not a static point.
Action is a dynamic process too, and not a static point converging to a pre-determined objective.
Even focus is a dynamic process, and not a static aim leading to a purpose already decided.
Creative joy, right now, is the fuel that burns its fire; and not the greedy happiness of getting what it gives in the end.
Focus on the action every moment anew!
What is the creative quality of management?
It is the creative quality of its moment-to-moment action.
What is quality?
Quality is impeccability.
Impeccability comes from the efficiency of the action as well as from the honesty of the action.
Efficiency is not mere skill that comes from practice.
It rather comes from the readiness for the action.
Readiness that springs from relaxation!
Relaxation that is beyond both - the tension of achieving the target fast as well as lethargy of procrastinating the action!
Honesty is not moral; it is dynamic - every moment anew!
Moral is static.
Hence honesty is not a value, but THE WAY to do the action impeccably.
The only way!
The only way to managing!
The only way to live!
Not a policy, but intelligence!
The intelligent way to live!
