Woman turns down 150 marriage proposals!:
November 8, 2007
London, Nov 8: A Serbian woman has rejected more than 150 proposals for marriage - because she has still not come across her Mr Right. Milunka Dabovic, now aged 38, from Maskova in central Serbia still lives with her mother.
She turned down her first proposal at 14, and has been declining them ever since.
Milunka said that she wants a "handsome, tall, hard worker" ready to live in her home village of Maskova, Serbia.
"I've had a lot of proposals and some of them won't take no for an answer, they even try to get my mother to try and convince me to accept," The Sun quoted her, as saying.
"But the man I marry needs to be handsome and tall, needs to accept life here in our village - and must be a hard worker with a good heart," she added.
Marriage Blog Comment:
I never ever needed giving marriage proposals to anyone in my life.
And I am a married man. I married my thirteenth girl friend.
I never even needed proposing to anyone for a love relationship.
And I had more than a dozen serious love affairs in my life (this, I am talking of my affairs before my marriage!).
If the two are really in love, no one of the two ever needs asking for it through a proposal.
A proposal is only required when the other is in doubt and needs choosing one out of two or many.
Choosing is only needed when passion is missing.
Do you want to get your love through proposal or through passion?
If passion is, no proposal is ever required!
The only question that's left then is how to live passionately and how to love passionately.
