December 4, 2007
Ryan DePaolo, former guitarist of Matchbook-Romance has unveiled his new project, Hill Valley. Ryan explained:
This marks the beginning of my new musical journey. We are now in the process of recording one song with our friend Mike Crews here in Jacksonville. The song is called Still Motion and we're all really excited about it. As soon as that is finished I will make a proper band myspace and continue business there, as we write and record more songs.
Matchbook Romance split up earlier this year.
Romance Blog Comment:
Romance must split up sooner or later whether it is Matchbook Romance or romance with anyone/anything in life.
Simply because there is no commitment involved in it unlike it is supposed to be there in love or friendship!
Commitment is the enemy of spontaneity in a relationship.
At times it stops the persons involved in it from growing further.
Even Ryan DePaolo and the other members of the group might have realized this fact and so split up earlier this year!
