Parenting Information
Mankind hasn't yet got the right parenting information from nature. So, in our ignorance, we have written many a parenting guide on as delicate a subject as parenting is. We made our own laws and our own rules defining and describing the dos and don'ts of creating a human out of a raw potential that every new-born is. It is a job of utmost responsibility.
After all it is a question of making or marring a whole new person as such! A new personality is in the making. From scratch! Here comes the crucial role of the right parenting information at the hands of parents. The parents will do their job and depart in the mist of time, but the shadow of their parenting styles will keep hovering around this new person all through her/his life and decide the way s/he lives and loves and works and later parents her/his own kids. You are doing the most creative job on earth. You cannot afford to be uncreative for a single second, or else you will turn it into the most dangerous job on earth. You can create an apostle of peace, or you can produce the most dreaded terrorist of the world! Do you have the right parenting information for that? That is what the difference between a good parenting and a bad parenting is. An effective parenting is always the most natural parenting (and not the so-called positive parenting!) keeping far away from the narcissistic bug of over parenting your own. They are NOT just your own! In the words of Kahlil Gibran: 'They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself.' 'They come through you but not from you.' 'And though they are with you yet they belong not to you.' Further says this great visionary of the art called life (he seems to own a GREAT parenting information!): 'You may give them your love but not your thoughts.' 'For they have their own thoughts.' 'You may house their bodies but not their souls.' 'For their souls dwell in the house of to-morrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams.' 'You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you.' 'For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday.'
The man seems to have read the language of the nature, in which lie hidden all the great secrets of the right parenting information! How many of us ever care to learn reading this language? I agree we read lots of parenting books, parenting websites, parenting articles, a parenting magazine, or at times more than one parenting magazines too, parenting tips in general along with parenting tips to discipline child, Or do we need a parenting course as a full-fledged, compulsory academic course in our schools and colleges? Is this all sufficient to learn reading the language of the nature that has kept hidden in itself all the great secrets of the right parenting information? I say, no. In fact we need to do some homework for inculcating the proper attitude conducive of creating the right parenting information on our own, simply because there is no help out since, till date, the whole humanity has just kept shooting arrows in the dark only. We need to assess the parenting issues that give rise to the basic parenting questions of REAL importance in the human life; and then making a sane, rational and democratic parenting plan that equips us with the delicate parenting skills to solve the crucial parenting problems of parenting teenagers, single parenting, step parenting and effective parenting defective world in an efficient manner. A real commendable job done, Andre! We must learn how to be a master of parenting with love and logic in place of parenting with authority and coercion. That is what the right parenting information is! And it is very essential for the health (physical, psychological, social, economical and spiritual) of all - the kids, the parents, and the entire society as well!
