Unclaimed Money
Whose Money Is That?

West Palm Beach, Florida: February 3, 2008 -- The death of a loved one is always hard for those left behind -- but it can also turn into a financial disaster. Every day thousands of grief-stricken individuals discover they can't locate assets of the deceased and billions of dollars become unclaimed assets.

They are unable to find stocks, bonds, bank deposit boxes, bank account information and much more. The dimensions of the problem are staggering. In America alone, this mountain of unclaimed property is $400 billion and is growing by $50 billion each year.

The result: Unclaimed assets are taken over and looked after by the State to fund welfare programs, and unclaimed physical assets even end up being sold on eBay!

Unclaimed Money

I have a beautiful idea in my mind. Let all the money on earth be turned into unclaimed money.

If no one can claim any money anywhere, the entire question of the unclaimed one will instantaneously get solved.

Why should I own anything on earth after all?

Let me use it when I need it like I use the water of the river.

And then let it go back to the nature or to the public pool administering its circulation like it is done with the books in a library.

How big a cost saving and how economical a resource management will such a system result in!

Have we not yet turned so creatively advanced technically as to be able to design a system that requires no money calculation at all at the individual level of humans as members of the life club on this planet?
